As further note: The Dongle does not show up as "Bluetooth" in Device manager. My Laptop Vaio Duo 11, already has the Intel Cetrino BT inside. Both coexist nicely. I also tried the CSR Harmony dongle (from LogiLink) but that has compatiility issues in coexistance w/ the Intel Centrino BT stack.
This has got to do with my Windows, software. How will throwing my laptop help. And then I remember again; if it's a software - it can be fixed! Fix it please!! You can resolve that problem by simply updating your PC's Bluetooth drivers. To do that, first, right-click your "Start" menu icon and choose "Device Manager."
